From adverse event intake to EDA/PVGA submission, the complete ICSR lifecycle is automated with timestamped steps and a full audit trail. The 15-day expedited clock is tracked automatically.
E2B (R2) Compliant Output
ICSRs are generated in E2B R2 format — the international standard for electronic safety reporting, recognised by EDA for electronic submission. XML validated ICSR output.
Duplication Detection
When the same adverse event is reported by multiple sources, PV Radar identifies the overlap and links the records rather than creating separate ICSRs. Unlimited ICSR storage — no data caps.
System & Process Management
PSMF Documentation Module
Links system process records, personnel training, and audit documentation to the PSMF sections they support. PSMF maintenance as an ongoing, structured process — not a pre-inspection sprint.
Signal Detection Module
Aggregates case data for systematic safety surveillance. Flags disproportionate case frequencies, new or unexpected adverse event patterns, and cases requiring escalation to the signal management process.
